Any routine contract that we review, edit, draft or advise on: supplier terms, customer agreements, NDAs, employment contracts. Quick clarifications ("is this clause standard?") don't count towards your limit.

Active back-and-forth with a third party: redlines, calls, multiple rounds of comments. A simple "review and advise" counts as a contract review; once we're engaging with the other side on your behalf, it's a negotiation.

We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. Additional reviews are charged at £500+VAT each, or we can discuss upgrading your plan if your needs have grown.

Anything that isn't routine legal work or which draws on our specialist expertise - e.g. export health checks, compliance reviews, contract suite builds, policy refreshes - up to a value of £5,000+VAT each. We scope projects before starting to make sure they suit your needs: where a big project is expected to exceed your included allowance, we'll propose a preferential top-up to cover the balance.

No. Limits reset each month (contract reviews, negotiation slots) and quarter (projects). This keeps pricing simple and predictable for everyone.

Special situations - such as litigation, regulatory enforcement and incident response - will attract additional fees. We won't leave you high and dry in an emergency: we'll cover the initial response, set out your options and agree on a way forward.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We also offer a 5% discount for an annual commitment, paid quarterly.

We offer a one-month pilot at full price, with no commitment to continue. If we're not the right fit, you walk away.
